Common questions

I’m not receiving push notifications

Open your device settings, find Simmer With, and make sure notifications are allowed. If you recently switched phones, sign out and sign back in so we can refresh your device token.

My phone number won’t verify

Double-check the country code and the full number. If the SMS code doesn’t arrive within a minute or two, tap resend. If it still fails, email us and we’ll help you get in.

Google Calendar isn’t syncing

In Account Settings, unlink and relink your Google account. Simmer With only reads events on demand and never stores them.

My contacts aren’t showing up

Open your device settings, find Simmer With, and make sure Contacts access is enabled. We only use contacts to help you find friends who are already on Simmer With and to let you invite people by phone number.

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account from inside the app or by email. See Delete your account for the full steps.
